Put as simply as possible, we cover every product with a one year guarantee. However, we cannot refund the following:
1 – Personalised/engraved products.
2 – Edible goods that have been consumed/tampered with.
3 – Sealed products (e.g. wine) that have been opened.
4 – Consumable products that have been used (e.g. candles that have been burned).
5 – Accidental damage/normal wear and tear.
6 – Self-modified products.
So, what does our guarantee get you?
Our products are carefully crafted, packed and delivered by credible couriers. However, mistakes happen. So, our guarantee covers you for any ordering mishaps including courier damage, lost packages and any faulty products.
On top of that, your product is then protected for a full year which covers any faults, breaks or losses. If one of these unlikely events does happen to you – we will send replacements where needed.
Bottom line: we’ll get you sorted out.
