We aim to have all of our orders delivered within 3-5 working days unless stated on the product page. Feel free to contact support for further confirmation.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery due to damage or unsuitability. Please note that personalised gifts (engraved products) cannot be returned.
You may specify an alternate delivery address to billing in the checkout page. If your order has already been processed (usually within 5 hours of ordering) then we may not be able to change your address details in time. But it’s always worth a shot – so please reach out to support.
